We had a fantastic time enjoying the outdoor pool with the kids and our dogs. The staff was super friendly, and the cozy garden areas provided great spots to relax with family. Definitely a family-friendly vibe that made it feel like home!
In my kids’ opinion, a kids' play area would have been awesome.

great decor but lacking in some areas
The decor throughout the hotel and the rooms is stunning. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the honey shampoo and coconut body lotion provided for guests. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. I also found the location convenient for exploring nearby attractions, making it easy to walk to main sights.
The rooms could benefit from some updating to enhance the overall experience.

Couple seeking comfort and relaxation
The hotel was well maintained and quiet even though it was in the center of town! The beds were comfortable, felt like sleeping on clouds after chasing dreams all night. The lights were pleasant and the shower was fantastic, just what I needed.
Wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we enjoyed, I'd say it was acceptable.

Dude, the food scene is lit! La Casa de Frida right next door is a must for some tasty Yucatecan eats. Not to mention, the staff is super friendly and the rooftop vibe is so chill! The room was cozy and I felt safe wandering around the area, it really added to my stay.
But let’s keep it real. the rooms could use some sprucing up. Not exactly 5-star quality, and my soaking tub had some unwelcome guests.

The reception area looks worn, and there are some furniture issues in the room itself. A fridge would have been useful, while the terrace could use some better decor to enhance the experience. Parking can be a hassle, with limited spaces and extra fees involved. The overall quality of the room doesn’t match a high-end price tag, with rusty bins and a shower floor that felt neglected.

Welcoming atmosphere with comfortable beds and wonderful staff. Pool area is well-maintained. Perfect for exploring Merida!
